Weekend & Mid-Week Short Breaks
Weekend Breaks are 3 nights from Friday 4:00 pm to Monday 9:30 am. Mid-Week Breaks are 4 nights from Monday 4:00 pm to Friday 9:30 am.

Children Aged 2 Years Old & Under
Children aged 2 years old and under at the time of a holiday are not included in the party limits (11 or 6 if a ‘Small party’) but are charged at 25% of the normal rate if including them brings the entire party over these limits. Guests with babies are asked to bring their own travel cot, bedding and baby equipment.
Dogs
We welcome a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs by arrangement, subject to reasonable conditions and a small charge.
Special Occasions
If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, memorable date or similar special occasion – possibly as a surprise – we can arrange flowers, champagne, cakes, gift wrapped Cornish chocolates or help organize something special for the day: a course at Rick Stein’s Cookery School (for adults or children); a round of golf; day trip to the Scilly Isles; fishing expedition; or a sea safari to see the seals, dolphins and puffins. Please ask for further details.
Arrival & Departure Times
So that we can clean and prepare the house properly guests are asked to arrive after 4:00 pm on the first day of their stay and to leave no later than 09:30 am on the morning of departure – unless by prior arrangement.
What the Tariff Includes
- A cream tea, seasonal bowl of fresh fruit & fabulous Welcome basket of goodies.
- Wonderful flowers and plants throughout the house.
- All electricity, water and gas.
- Natural goose down pillows and duvets*, Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath mats, tea towels, oven gloves and Egyptian cotton bath sheets and hand towels (beach towels are not provided but may be hired). * NOMITE certified as anti-allergy.
- Clinell multi-purpose Universal Wipes and Clinell Hand Sanitising Gel.
- Initial supplies of Ecover DW tablets and WM powder, washing up liquid, cleaning materials, organic soaps, lavatory rolls and bin liners.
- A mid-week clean in July and August and by arrangement at other times.
- Free normal use of WiFi. Outgoing telephone calls at cost.
- Initial supplies of logs & kindling for the wood burning fires in winter.
- A wheeled Weber barbecue and initial supplies of charcoal.
